All new accounts on eStela start on the free tier, which lets you test the system before buying a licence.

What's Included in the Free Tier?

• Up to 5 distinct boats tracked per day, committee boats included

• Unlimited races — there is no monthly quota of tracking sessions

• No time limit — the free tier doesn't expire

How the Boat Limit Is Counted

The five boats are counted across everything your club tracks on one calendar day, not per race. A twenty-boat regatta split into four races of five on the same day still counts as twenty boats and will not fit. A boat that races several times in a day counts once, and committee boats count like any other.

Downgrading to Free

If you cancel an active subscription or your licence ends, your account returns to the free tier. You won't lose your race history, but the free limits apply from that point forward.
